Post: Technical Administrative Assistant
Technical Administrator Assistant required to generate, maintain and implement the operational and technical documentation associated with general operational procedures; progression of customer proposals to Support Schedules and maintenance of ISO documentation. Background duties include dealing with customer telephone enquiries, administrative tasks and general business assistance. Duties in this varied and stimulating role include:
- Review, update and maintain the ISO 9001, 27001 and 14001 Operations Manuals;
- Generate, in consultation with staff, Work Instructions and general procedure documentation;
- Develop and implement from successful client proposals, a Service Schedule and maintain the Schedule in cooperation with the client;
- Maintain electronic records on the company Management Systems;
- Deal with initial customer enquiries, recording these on the Management System;
- Resolve customer enquiries relating to routine technical requests
Candidates must be highly organised with strong personal time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure; be IT literate and possess an excellent eye for detail.
We offer flexible working hours based in our Bournemouth offices. No prior experience required; just a good work ethic and a willingness to learn as training and support will be provided. Salary up to £17k, 24 rising to 28 days holiday and company contributed pension plan.
